Abstract:

This film represents the paths that Japanese activists of the women's liberation movement took. The new women's liberation movement started in Japan in 1970. Although the word "women's movement" seems to be getting out-of-date these days, those who joined the movement still stay in touch with each other in Sisterhood and keep their spirit alive. This film is about their Her-story (not His-story).
