Abstract:

This informative program gives a history of the conflict in Vietnam: what led up to it, how the United States became involved, and what happened during the war, up until the North Vietnamese invasion of Saigon. We then join a high school teacher who was wounded as a soldier in Vietnam, as he returns to the site where he was injured. Grades 7-12
