Abstract:

Plot Synopsis: Jack and Martin admire each other, but they are enemies belong to two underworld leaders. One night, the two heroes accidentally meet in a bar and share the music and wine. After that, the two gangs fight in Thailand. Martin is seriously wounded and Jack is crippled. Both are rejected by their leaders, and their loves are killed. It is the time for the heroes to team up and fight back. Henry Fong and Pop music superstar Leon Lai stars in this stylish, noir-esque action film from the director of The Heroic Trio. Dark and brooding with moments of unexpected humor, the lush visuals of this violent film won Johnny To Best Director honors from the Hong Kong Film Critics Society, Cantonese and Mandarin with English subtitles.
