Abstract:

"Created specifically for business purposes, this program starts at the beginner's level and continues to more advanced levels, is useful for anyone: professionals, students, office workers, and others working with the Japanese or living in Japan. Author Hajime Takamizawa, chief instructor at the Japanese Language Area Training Center, U.S. Department of State, has developed this program as a time-saving guide for effective everyday communications.
